Domestic Shipping Policy
In-stock items on orders placed before 2:00 EST are shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Days are based on Monday thru Friday shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Some of our vendors ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental (lower 48) United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
eCartparts.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
eCartparts.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.
However, if you received your order damaged, please contact us within (5) business days of receipt of your shipment so that we may file a claim with the shipping carrier.
We will not be able to fix the issue if damages are reported after this timeline has expired.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before you contact us.
If packaging materials have been discarded, the claim will be void.
